No, our rooms are plug and play which means that they come prewired and certified. All you have to do is plug in the lead supplied to the nearest power outlet and start using your room. It’s that easy!

The longevity of ModuLite is greatly increased because of its true modularity, for example when you no longer need your single person office you can turn it into a tea or printer station, storage, or even an office partition. Saying all that, here at ModuLite we are so passionate about circularity that we offer an end of life buy back scheme where we can buy your ModuLite back from you and repurpose it into new blocks for resale, just as good as the day that they were first produced.
